Working with one of the world’s largest telecommunications operators, Anakiya led on the creation of global framework template agreements for the procurement of products and services across all markets and businesses. These included working across mature and emerging markets including Russia, Kazakhstan, Pakistan and Bangladesh. The work involved close engagement and collaboration with the in-house legal and procurement team beginning with the structuring process, to drafting the document suite and supporting internal documents.
